Nu doar \u201eX euro\/lun\u0103\u201d, ci \u0219i:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00een ce moned\u0103 se pl\u0103te\u0219te efectiv;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la ce dat\u0103 se pl\u0103te\u0219te (scaden\u021b\u0103);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cum se pl\u0103te\u0219te (transfer, cash) \u0219i cum se dovede\u0219te plata.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aici apare o gre\u0219eal\u0103 comun\u0103: plata \u201e\u00een euro\u201d, dar cu discu\u021bii lunare despre curs. Dac\u0103 predai apartamentul, iar proprietarul spune dup\u0103 dou\u0103 luni c\u0103 au venit \u201eni\u0219te facturi\u201d, f\u0103r\u0103 dovezi \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 citiri, intri \u00eentr-o zon\u0103 \u00een care nu mai po\u021bi verifica nimic.
